This is a video from the Bluecoats’ rehearsal on June 25th, 2016 at the Paul Brown Tiger Stadium in Massillon, Ohio. This full run was just hours before their performance at the “Innovations in Brass” competition being held in that same stadium. I had to get a low angle this time because I didn’t have time to make my way up all the way to the top, let alone get a good seat. I think the footage still turned out fairly decent. Note how the camera still shakes from the pure power the ensemble creates. I believe all of the special effects and electronics functioned without a hitch this run. I could be wrong though, don’t hold me to that. Another thing to note is that I switched the angle at the very end because my iPhone stopped recording because it overheated. Watch the guy playing the bass drum. Notice the little exact dot where he hits. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone hit a drum with such accuracy or precision.
Shot on an iPhone 6.
